USA World Cup - Done

I like a good World Cup discussion as much as the next guy. However, going into yesterday's game vs. Ghana, it seemed rather odd discussing the probability that the US would advance into Round 2 if it could win. The reason it seem odd is that the US had not proven yet that it could score a goal. It's only goal in games 1 and 2 was an own goal by Italy. So first things first, we have to score to win. In the end, the US did score today, but it still wasn't enough. |
